Mimi's Snack & Co is more than just a place for coffee and snacks; it’s the realization of a lifelong dream shared between two friends, partners, and brothers at heart.
Growing up together in the vibrant streets of Vietnam, we bonded over the incredible flavors and aromas that surrounded us daily.
From the wafting scent of freshly brewed Vietnamese coffee to the sizzling sounds of street food stalls, food has always been at the heart of our friendship.
We both carried this passion with us to Sydney, and after years of dreaming, planning, and perfecting, we decided it was time to bring a piece of our home to our community.
At Mimi's Snack & Co, you’ll find a fusion of traditional Vietnamese dishes and fresh, modern twists.
